YOUR IG IMAGES ARE THE OFFICIAL ENTRIES!
PLEASE NOTE: We are checking every image uploaded to the site to ensure it adheres to the official #ONESHOT entry dates on IG. Your Instagram entries ARE NOT DISQUALIFIED!
The SITE is meant to support the ability to be SEEN when so many images & accounts are being shadow banned & hashtags are not showing up.

We have figured out the issue of the wrong handles on some of your entries!
With so many thousands of entries, some of your file names were the same. Every time a new image with the same file name was entered, it overruled the existing one!
To fix this issue, we have now given each image its own unique file name.
For those of you who have experienced this issue, please delete any wrong images in your account and upload your correct images.
Thank you again for all your help and patience while we figured this out!
PLEASE NOTE: Although we love seeing the #ONESHOT logo overlay on your Instagram entries, we kindly ask that you upload images that don’t use the #ONESHOT logo when possible! If you have two options loaded (the same image: one with the logo, one without) please delete the entry with the logo on it!

PLEASE NOTE: If you uploaded your entries before Saturday, April 13th at 3pm CT and you are not seeing your images, it is possible they were removed because they were overruled by another image. If you believe this may be the case, we kindly ask you to reupload your entries!
If you are seeing an incorrect credit on one of your images, please reach out to us via DM on @oneshothairawards, use the “contact us” button at the bottom of each page or email us at events@behindthechair.com. We will happily and promptly resolve this issue for you!
With so many thousands of entries, many participants were uploading images with the same file name. Every time a new image with the same file name was entered, it overruled the existing one causing participants to see others’ work in their entry portal. To fix this issue, we have now given each image its own unique file name. For those of you who have experienced this issue, please delete any wrong images in your account and upload your correct images.
If your files are not uploading or you are receiving a notification that the file is too big, your photos may be in an incorrect format. We kindly ask that you please use JPEGs not PNGs. Please DO NOT load videos into image categories, these unfortunately will not be visible in our galleries and will not be considered for nomination.
Make sure the category boxes remain checked when your images are uploadingUnchecking the boxes will delete your entries. Allow the images to fully upload then press the gold “Submit” or “Update” button to ensure that your work is saved!
Images that are not suitable for BIG SHOT will be deleted/hidden. Please remember, BIG SHOT entries should be editorial images that have a point of view and clear artistic direction. BIG SHOT images are not your everyday salon images. Please remember that BIG SHOT collections require 3 images.
Your image may have been removed because it is not applicable to the category that it was entered in, or because it did not align with the rules of our competition. Please be sure that all transformation categories (including extensions) include a side-by-side before and after image with the model’s face visible in both.
